If you haven't been riding on the Martineau OHM trail yet, consider taking the family and friends there to enjoy a ride. A large portion of the 110 miles of trail designated OHM is single track. The trailhead is located approximately 6 miles north of Akeley, MN on M64. Watch for the sign. Steve, at the Stompin Grounds, always welcomes trail riders. He has parking with food and overnight camping. Check the Things to Do/Places To Stay link for this and ideas on other resort and camping options in the Akeley area Be respectful of other forest users and always ride safely. If you like using the system, let the DNR know. Your comments will help us ensure the trails will be there for you in the future. The 2012 PBFR MC enduro date has been set for August 11th and 12th. Check our events link for more information. The PBFR MC will also hold a D23 sponsored Trail Ride on Oct 20 th and 21 st. Be sure to watch for more info on both.
